More Montana Credit Union Network Information
The Network Board sets the general policy and direction of the activities for the MCUN, League Service Group (LSG), and Montana Credit Unions for Community Development (MCUCD).
They are assisted in their work by two advisory councils (one for MCUCD and one for LSG), the Government Relations Committee, and the Group Benefit Trustees.
The MCUCB has seven members who are elected by and from the member credit unions in their category.
They represent the following categories: credit unions with more than 3,000 members, credit unions with fewer than 3,000 members, northern district, central district, southern district, and at-large. To view the current board members’ geographical districts, click on the Montana CU Districts Map under the related links.
The Montana Credit Union Advocacy Council or CUAC is a credit union political action committee (PAC). It is run by a board of trustees made up of Montana credit union volunteers and professionals.
The Trust was formed in 2007 as a cooperative endeavor by the Network’s members. It provides health insurance for medical, dental, and vision, an EAP, and the Healthy You! Wellness Program.
The Trust is government by a seven member board of trustees elected by the users to serve three-year terms.
